Our Client is a leading IT company Designation: Technical Support L2 Location: Bang/Hyderabad What You’ll Do You will be the first point of contact for our clients in resolving technical related inquiries Responsibilities: To resolve software & application issues for the customers End to End resolution of customer issues and escalate if necessary Work with other Technical & Engineering teams To manage inquiries timely and efficiently What We’re Looking For 3-5 years of expertise in Technical support Hands on SQL/ORACLE /ETL tools Must have active listening skills Strong Debugging skills
