The Firm is seeking to recruit bright and passionate individuals as Managers or Senior Managers,who have relevant work experience and skills.
Manager: Senior Manager - Internal Audit
Location: Kuwait City
The key responsibilities and skills of the candidate include:
1. The Candidates should have primary responsibility for executing assignments.
2. The candidate has direct, client-facing engagement responsibilities.
3. Serving as both role model and trainer, the candidate demonstrates the attributes of excellent client service and assists team members in developing technical and professional
4. The candidate learns to identify risk and opportunities attach to business processes and assessment of the controls pertaining to business processes.
5. Responsible to demonstrate expertise in the field of Risk, Governance and Controls.(Internal Audit, SOPs, ERM, Investigations etc.)
The candidate will have experience the following areas:
1. Experience in reviewing, documenting, evaluating and testing controls in a wide range
2. Experience in performing data analytics in audit execution
3. Ability to perform assignments end to end with minimal supervision
4. Ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships and understand the
5. Understanding of business processes and technical skills to successfully develop
6. Sound project management and supervisory skills
7. Understanding of the importance of business ethics
8. Strong Interpersonal skills to interact in a team environment clients business and project requirements effective solutions and complete project assignments
9. Excellent written communication skills & strong analytical skills
10. Must be able to handle highly confidential information in a strictly professional manner
11. Must be able to maintain professional demeanor in times of high stress
12. Must have experience in working on high pressure and challenging assignments
13. Ability to coach, train and supervise consultants/senior consultants
14. Develop and Handle senior level client relationships
15. Actively participate in practice management (performing internal training, engagement monitoring)
16. Responsible for developing and growing business and managing portfolio of clients
Candidate Profile
-
Professional Certification such as Chartered Accountant and/or MBA in Finance
-
7+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry
-
Large management consulting experience in Internal Audit preferred
-
Experience in Manufacturing / Real Estate / Oil and Gas / Healthcare / Retail sector specially in Internal Audits and development of SOPs Should have knowledge of IIA and ISACA standards

Travel required based on client requests/commitments
