Seeking an energetic and ambitious Sales Associate to support and contribute to our growing sales team. You’ll work closely with the sales team in all aspects of the sales process and will eventually build up to owning and growing your own book of business as well. You’ll be integral to the sales process, as you work on preparing our Sales Directors for client meetings through material creation, meeting coordination, and note-taking to ensure quick and complete follow-up. 
 
Designation: Sr. Executive / Manager Sales - Digital
Reports to Regional Head
Location: Gurgaon / Mumbai
Experience: 2 to 5yrs in Digital Sales
 
Responsibilities
  • Managing majorly 3 businesses,  a) Programmatic - Adform, MediaMath, Tubemogul, etc. b) Zirca Rich Media Solution – around 800 publishers. c) Branded Activations - Content & Ideation (Curation, Creation & Hosting)
  • Forecasting for the assigned set of clients – as required, based on potential, past trends & expected revenues.
  • Ensure Timely consumption of signed deals and hence achievement of monthly & quarterly targets.
  • Database Management – updated client & agency base with details, as required.
  • Managing paperwork for the respective set of active clients & ensure error free operations.
  • Manage Client & Agency relations for the assigned set of accounts to ensure Repeat Business & Retention of Existing advertisers.
  • Drive Business Development – source & develop new clients.
  • Expected to be updated on Product & Industry Knowledge and share Market Information with the Team.
  • Compliance of Management Reports – SIR, WRP, Weekly Reports – as applicable.

  • Sense of Urgency – understanding the importance of weekly bookings, monthly figures, selling “specials” etc.
  • CRM Initiatives – develop a rapport with Clients & Agencies and maintaining the same through effective two-way communication, information dissemination & a little personal touch (e.g. sending Birthday, Anniversary wishes, Congratulatory Message on Professional achievements etc.)
