Position (FTE 100%) – Deputy Manager/Manager – Channel sales
Location - Bangalore
Job Summary
Maintain & follow grooming standards as specified in the SOP Manual.
• Responsible to handle enquiries through - Telephonic, Email, Non City PSA & Travel Agents.
• Adhere to Enquiry Management & Booking Process as specified in the SOP Manual.
• Responsible to develop/expand travel agent network in the assigned territory.
• Responsible for relationship building and servicing the ASO/PSA/TAs.
• Regularly visit travel agents office & share the products / destination brochures and update them on the available schemes.
• Handle Travel Agents queries and pass it on to the Channel service team for quotations.
• Ensure that the quotations are shared with the channel partner within 24 / 48 hrs as per the SLA
• Outbound telesales calls for follow ups with the TAs & closure of sales
• On closure of booking, handover the file to the service team for completion of post sale activities.
• Ensure through coordination with the Finance team that the channel partner is paid his due commission within 15 days of raising an invoice or as specified in the agreement.
• Maintain Daily Sales Report.
• Continuously update Channel Head about the current market developments and competition activities.
• Responsible to achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets as specified.
• Responsible to maintain Customer Satisfaction levels @ min 95% during the entire customer interaction
• Adhere to company policy and systems
