Job Profile
· Identifying the corporates and generating inquiries. · Ensure that the Sales targets are achieved · Achieve individual KRA. To ensure/motivate the sales team to do so too. · Adherence to accounting systems · Supervising the operations of the file. · Ensure nil outstanding · Maintain liaison with airlines/consulates/tourism bodies · Monitor competitor activities · To provide regular training to staff on soft skills. · Set & achieve sales targets & Gross Operating Profit · Customer Satisfaction · Improving staff productivity Candidate Profile
