Our Client was nominated by NASSCOM amongst the top 100 IT innovators of 2007.Our client is one of leading innovative travel solutions company offering cutting edge technological solutions in Travel space Designation: Manager- Outbound Operations Location: Dubai Job Summary To plan & drive operational strategies Understanding Customers Needs and offering relevant services of travel needs To deliver high Quality Services to consumers Maintain and manage the contracts and agreements for all suppliers Ensure plans/schedules are implemented Creating Itineraries and calculate costs Will work on International destinations and hotels Generate New Clientele and also revive the Old clientele and maintain the existing clients Negotiating rates with Hotels , Vendors & other suppliers Candidate Profile More than 10 yrs of experience in Outbound operations/Sales Should be well versed with outbound tour destinations, travel procedures,operations & handling a team.
