Executive - HR Location: Connaught place(Site office) Main office -Okhla Timing : 6am - 2pm Job Profile The role reports to the HR manager Will be responsible for Site office Plan, direct, or coordinate human resources activities at Site office Day to day administration of various works like Time and Attendance Management of all employees, statutory compliances and liaison with Government authority, Employee welfare activities Candidate Profile 2-3 yrs experience in HR MSW / Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from reputed Institute/University. Should be conversant with all applicable labour laws i.e. Factories Act, Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition Act), Minimum wages Act, Payment of wages Act, PF and ESI Act, etc
