Shift: 6am - 3pm / 3pm -12am (FOR A WEEK SAME SHIFT)
Off: ANY 2 DAYS A WEEK, You will get cab facility for odd hours. 2 days off in a week which can be any two days.
You will be responsible for delivering India content programming to engage and delight users, as well as to support a variety of business objectives. Passion for the user and the experience to implement audience-focused content initiatives are key attributes of this role. Familiarity with online content publishing tools is a must, as is experience in working with technology teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience of working in a fast-paced, creative environment with a team of content editors/producers.
• Proven ability to choose from a wide range of stories and select those that offer the greatest currency and the deepest relevance with an unbiased and objective narration of the facts.
• A keen understanding of the best, most elegant writing offered by high-quality news outlets.
• Solid journalistic skills and strong knowledge of news/lifestyle topics of interest to national and international audience
• Attention to detail, an appreciation for strong visual presentation and a passion for editorial excellence.
• Ability to work with all kinds of content genres like text, pictures, graphics and videos.
• Extremely good knowledge of engaging with the audiences on social platforms.
Job Profile

Writing quality articles pertaining to Lifestyle, Leisure,Travel etc

To check fact and style consistency.

Editing stories from the wires being prompt and accurate

Site Management involving attention to details is required

To check the choice of images and stories. The choice should be in sync to draw the target audience.

Should be able to guide the copy editors how to prioritize stories and meet deadlines to publish stories.

Requisite skills

4-7 years of experience/Thorough knowledge of Lifestyle segment

Excellent written English skills
