The winning candidate will be leading a small and agile team responsible for setting the global presence of the application in the stores and social media. The overall responsibility for developing marketing strategies for applications would be on him. The position also requires strong strategic and analytical skills and the ability to provide meaningful reporting and analysis on all work.
Candidate will work on growing our digital audience and revenue generation by developing highly innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.

Create marketing strategy and oversee campaign execution, app store content, developing product messaging, mobile and online advertising campaigns, relationships with app discovery sites and web site.

Bring a top tier background in consumer Internet marketing, brand management and customer

Run marketing function for company, developing marketing strategy, hiring staff and overseeing execution of marketing plans.

Develop a strong understanding of app users, why they use the app, the emotional experiences that they have with the products and what motivates them to share the app.

Oversee user and market research, developing market segments for the app’s users and then creating effective and efficient marketing strategies for reaching groups of users. Develop strong relationships with app users via in app messaging, email and deep integration with the Facebook social graph.

Create processes to get customers experiences with the app, then crafting marketing messages and then quickly incorporate feedback into product release cycles.

Lead all phases of concept and design for mobile, online and social advertising initiatives.

Develop new forms of app discovery and promotion suitable for mobile applications.

Develop and tune viral marketing methods to distribute the app and optimize conversion on viral channels.

Run mobile advertising campaigns on different platforms, channels and other mobile ad networks to develop the app brand and acquire customers.

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Build display advertising, paid search, SEO and email marketing capabilities of the company.

Design, build and maintain our social media presence

Run social media marketing campaigns including Facebook Ads, display campaigns across other social media sites and Twitter marketing campaigns including promoted tweets.

Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Desired Skills and Experience

5-6+ years experience in marketing for consumer Internet companies.

Experience developing marketing strategies and implementing marketing plans in both start up environments and major consumer Internet companies.

Facebook expertise, including experience working with Facebook API to understand and communicate with the users.

Expertise in online and mobile analytics, developing metrics for app usage, customer acquisition and social web experiences.

Strong understanding of mobile entertainment and online entertainment products and services.

Experience managing PR function, either as part of own staff or managing an external agency.
