Designation: Customer Service Manager

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs 

Job Description & Skills Required:

  • Person will be responsible for handing all HNIclient requests and queries
  • 1-3 years experience in Hotel / Customer Service / Hospitality / Travel / Facility Management would be preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication necessary
