Role:
The AVP Digital Strategy & Insights will provide vision and leadership to our expanding digital media teams as they deliver products and services for clients while supporting agency vision. Supervise the development of strategic channel and media approaches that meet client objectives and drive measurable results. The AVP is a visionary leader who 'connects the dots' around business and consumer insights, and articulates digital concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling way to clients.
Collaborate with senior level creative and account folks on various accounts. Identify new media offerings based on the digital marketplace and client parameters. Provide a holistic viewpoint in order to optimize across channels. Manage strategic senior-level relationships for our largest clients and helping to guide them with knowledge and solutions appropriate to their businesses, industries and trends. Participate in new business development opportunities in conjunction with analytics and brand planning teams, including creation of pitch materials, presentations, research and insights, valuation and business case development, process optimization, digital roadmap development and other modules depending on client needs.
Responsibilities:

Perform detailed evaluation of client business environment including customer needs, capabilities, and competitive realities to identify unique market opportunities and threats

Develop and drive digital vision for brands, create next generation Digital strategy and roadmaps, conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking, and digital KPIs

Lead and drive pitches which add to the business acquisition process for digitally led accounts

Drive and coordinate integration of digital campaign strategy across all channels

Partner with creative, technology, analytics and account management teams to ensure successful project handoff and work is appropriately positioned for long-term success

Direct client reporting and strategic planning based on statistical information

Develop and manage third party vendors or contractors required to provide products or services to meet the department's delivery mandates

Keep abreast of developments within the client’s industry and digital landscape
