Maintain excellent business to business relationships. Candidate Profile Excellent knowledge of Travel Industry rules, processes and regulations,aviation terminology,codes,destination,competition,fares etc Super Communication skills and art of upselling,handling escalations,customer queries & complaints 5-6 yrs of Travel experience
