Our Client is a global business consulting and internal audit firm composed of experts specializing in risk, advisory and transaction services.

Position Summary - As a member of the team within the Consulting team, position will be responsible use your functional expertise in areas such as total rewards or talent management, while contributing to broader HR programs. Incumbent will need to partner with senior reward specialists in the team to deliver business driven total reward initiative across multiple industries across Middle East from India base.

The position will be required to travel extensively to Middle East for client solution delivery.

Location:- Mumbai / Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities -

Client Responsibilities –

  • Participate and help engagement managers to lead complex total rewards projects,  working effectively as team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication;
  • Work in team to implement regional Total Reward Programs such as; base compensation benchmarking and salary structuring, variable pay plans, performance based pay, recognition programs, benefits programs, retirement plans, workforce and sales force effectiveness programs to provide support in terms of designing solution framework, analysis and designing ;
  • Deep understanding of data management requirements and data preparation. Is aware of data reporting formats and guidelines;
  • Will need to work in a dynamic and challenging environment coordinating robust implementation programs for reward initiatives in terms of communication, designing training and simulation tools and programs;
  • Assist in designing reward simulation and implementation tools and systems;
  • Has the ability to interpret plan designs into viable project delivery and implementable alternatives;
  • Conduct research and keep up to date with global and regional compensation, benefit and reward trends, compliance requirements and reporting requirements;
  • Ability to understand and conceptualize client issues in meaningful and impactful scope of work and assist in design our solutions across the scope of work to develop meaningful proposals;
  • Build strong internal and external relationship with Protiviti team of other service lines and globally.

Desired Profile:

  • 2-5 years of consulting experience;
  • Consulting background and Big4 OR HC/Boutique consulting experience will be preferred;
  • Willing to travel is must
