Experience : Min 5 years plus with a digital agency
Location : Mumbai
Key Result Areas :

End to end account management for assigned clients.

Ability to independently take detailed digital briefs, interpret and translate brief to digital plans.

Plan all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns and supervise execution of the same.

Work closely with delivery team to achieve digital plan/ campaign objectives.

Measurement and performance reporting for all digital marketing campaigns, assessment against goals (ROI and KPIs) , Google Analytics
-
Work seamlessly with content development team to improve organic search results, paid search , enhance web presence to boost brand awareness.

Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
-
Coordinate digital advertising campaigns with sales and production
-
Ensuring accuracy & quality of deliverables on an ongoing basis.

Be the escalation point for the client in case of any discrepancy between the client and the delivery team.

Ensuring optimal resolution of issues.
-
Adding value to Clients business through Strategic initiatives & innovativeness on a proactive basis

Working on increasing organic revenue from existing clients

Ensuring systematic documentation & storage of client related data.

Ensuring excellent commercial management of the business handled through achievement of business targets, accurate & timely billing & collections.

Leading campaign presentations from writing to delivery

Working with the Senior leadership team for new business pitches

Writing pitch presentations and thinking outside the box for digital strategy.

Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

Building equity with mid to senior management level at the client side by proactively engaging with them.
