Role Overview:
We have a challenging opportunity opened up for the role of Assistant Manager / Manager in our IT Consulting practice. The candidate role is mission critical and requires multi-dimensional capabilities. The candidate should be able to identify business opportunities within their immediate client's business or across an industry. They are responsible for growing existing accounts and attracting new business.
The candidate should develop a deep understanding of client's business and build lasting relationships with client personnel. They demonstrate technical competence in their domain, understand client's perspective and become the de-facto - go-to-person. They are responsible for serving clients and ensuring outstanding quality execution of projects.
The candidate should develop contacts within the business community and serve as ambassadors in the market. Basis their credibility, they are able to attract and retain the best of talent. They have a multi-dimensional role encompassing client delivery, solution and business development and practice enablement.
Role requirements:
We are seeking to recruit qualified MBCI consultants to be part of our IT Consulting division and carry out IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity projects. The position is based in Middle East. Responsibilities include planning and execution of Business Continuity projects for our clients in Banking & Financial Services, Oil & Gas and Telecom industry. The candidate will also be responsible for on-site project management, client relationship management and business development responsibilities. The candidate should be capable of:

Having consulting experience or worked in industry with the primary responsibility of managing Business Continuity

Strategise, plan and execute Business Continuity arrangements and Disaster Recovery infrastructure
-
Conduct Business Impact Analysis and determine recovery requirements / objectives
-
Compare and redesign the Business Resilience and Recovery infrastructure to suit the business requirements
-
Document, manage and maintain the Business continuity plans and procedures
-
Provide Recovery test strategy and guidelines
-
Has worked on Business continuity tools and technologies and others.
Skills:
The candidate should possess the following experience and skills:

Hands-on experience on at least five (5) Business Continuity projects

Strong oral and written communication skills

Team player and management skills

Exceptional skills in client relationship management

Preference will be given to those candidates who have full knowledge on BCI / DRII

Handle multiple assignments across various industries or worked on similar projects, etc.
Education: A graduate in any discipline, CBCI / MBCI mandatory
