Job Description

Bring in new business / clients to the company

Should be experienced to service existing clients and develop new business opportunities for the company for events and activation business from the existing clients

Adept at conceptualizing, strategizing, executing and coordinating all aspects of events, activations and other experiential marketing requirements

Understands the brand proposition, campaign objectives & provides tailor made solutions to clients
-
Brings in innovation in the recommendations made

Demonstrates strong leadership skills to handle turnkey project management Is able to leverage industry knowledge to provide key insights and strategic recommendations for a clients experiential marketing needs

Can collaborate with the other departments to ensure smooth project management Is plugged into the latest trends in media and technology and possesses an ability to weave them into campaigns
Must Have:

Proactive go getter who should be able to manage and develop accounts on his own with least amount of hand holding

Should have sound knowledge of marketing mix and use marketing strategies and must be proficient in putting together strategic plans for each account

Should depict effective leadership skills and also help develop internal teams towards achieving individual set goals and targets for the unit overall

Client servicing skills to maintain and grow individual accounts thereby generate new revenue streams for the organization
