About Us

Ananth heads the IT and international recruitment at Expertiz. He works on niche software roles and is passionate about working with start-ups and innovative companies. He enjoys finding new ways to enhace the recruitment experience thru the ever-changing social media landscape. Prior to co-founding Expertiz, Ananth was working in the semiconductor industry for many years as an analog design engineer in Xilinx, LSI, Sarnoff and Biomorphic Microsystems. He has also co-authored 2 papers in IEEE and SPIE proceedings.

Ananth has a MS in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University, USA and a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from University of Madras, India.

Rajesh spent nearly 12 yrs in Advertising & Media before joining recruitment space.He has proven expertise in building strong relationships with major brands like Airtel, Nestle, Renault, Mantri, UB Group, Samsung..etc. His career has been on an accelerated path with stints at NavBharath, WebDuniya, Hindustan Times, Percept OOH and Posterscope. Prior to returning to Expertiz, Rajesh was working as the Associate Vice President for Posterscope India.

Away from work, Rajesh dabbles in Bollywood singing

Girish heads Digital, Experiential Marketing & Travel teams at Expertiz. He is also in-charge of all business development and strategic management initiatives at Expertiz. Prior to joining Expertiz, Girish has worked in several sales and marketing roles at reputed firms such as Sitel and Prentice Hall. Girish has a management degree from University of Abertay, Dundee, UK.
